Shipping Timeframe

Orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days from order confirmation. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within India. 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package status on our website or the courier's tracking portal.

Packaging

Each piece of jewellery is carefully packed with appropriate protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide the complete and correct shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will leave a notification or contact you for further instructions.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across India. 

COD Eligibility Restrictions

COD is not available in the following cases:

  • Orders with a total value exceeding ₹7,000.
  • Orders that are not serviceable for COD by our delivery partners.

For orders above ₹7,000, prepaid payment methods such as UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking can be used during checkout.

Onira Jewels reserves the right to cancel any COD order or require prepaid payment verification for high-value orders at its sole discretion.


Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order by emailing us at support@onirajewels.com before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you've ordered a product by mistake, please request cancellation of the complete order before dispatch and place a new order with the correct items.

After Dispatch

We do not accept cancellation requests once the order has been dispatched. If you no longer want the product after it has shipped, you may refuse delivery at the time of receipt or follow our return policy guidelines.
