To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or resolution based on the specific situation.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the same product at the same price. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. The exchanged item must be in original, unused condition.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund according to our refund policy.
