Approval & begin production
Once you're satisfied with the design, we'll proceed with sending a photograph of your jewelry's prototype.
You'll have the opportunity to review and make any final adjustments before production begins
Final Inspection
Before your custom jewelry is delivered, it undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Delivery
Your bespoke jewellery is carefully packaged and delivered to you, ready to be cherished for years to come.
Payment & Policy
- 60–70% advance payment is required to begin production
- Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled
- No returns on customised jewellery
- Any manufacturing defect will be repaired free of cost
